what we collect
Email address (for account + sign-in), connected social account identifiers (via Bundle.social), the source URLs you process, the videos we render for you, and basic usage metrics (videos generated, posts scheduled). We do not collect passwords — sign-in is via Supabase Auth (magic link or Google OAuth).
what we send to third parties
- Bundle.social: caption text, video URL, and account ID for each scheduled post. - Stripe: billing information for paid subscriptions. - Supabase: data storage (videos, batches, scheduled posts) — US-East region. - Vercel: hosting + edge logs. - OpenAI: caption + niche-keyword text only when you click the ✨ suggest buttons.
what we don't do
We don't sell your data, run ads against your usage, share your account list with anyone, or use your generated videos for training models. The viral source videos remain the property of their original creators — we just process them in transit.
cookies
Auth session cookies (set by Supabase Auth) and an admin preview cookie (only used if you're an admin). No analytics cookies.
data retention
Account data persists until you delete your account. Generated videos persist until you delete the batches in your library or delete your account. Scheduled posts past their scheduled time auto-archive after 90 days.
your rights
Email hello@veryviral.app to request export or deletion of your data. We respond within 7 days.
